ACE Group Office

When we took possession of the space it had glazed partition cubicles already in place. However the plan was to create an open-layout office so more people could be accommodated and teams could coordinate closely for faster ordering and execution. As per ACE Finance’s operational requirements we remodeled the entire floor to provide greater flexibility and functionality. We introduced carpet flooring and added acoustic wall panels in selected areas to reduce noise from staff movement and daily work. These changes helped create a functional and efficient open-plan office that supports smooth operations.

The office already had glazed partition cubicles when we took over the site. But this layout made it harder for teams to work together and didn't make good use of the space that was there.

ACE Finance wanted an open office so that more people could work there and teams could work together more closely. This helped with better coordination, faster execution, and more efficient daily work.

All of the old cubicle walls were taken down, and the whole floor was remodeled to meet the needs of the business. The new layout makes it easier for teams to move around and sit in different places.

Carpet was put down to cut down on footstep noise, and acoustic wall panels were put up in some places. This helped keep the sounds of staff moving around and doing their daily work under control.
