Theka 94 Noida – Premium Liquor Store Interior Design Project

Project Overview – Theka 94 Liquor Store Interior, Noida

Theka 94 is a premium liquor store interior project located in Noida, near Supernova Residences and surrounding corporate office complexes. The client wanted a modern liquor retail outlet that could appeal to young corporate customers and create a clean, premium shopping experience.

Under the UP excise policy, stores with an area of around 2,000 sq. ft. or more can be developed as premium outlets. To match this requirement and create a better customer experience, additional space was planned and integrated into the store layout.

The design direction used a sleek grey base palette with subtle colour accents. This helped create a modern, easy-to-maintain interior without overpowering the product display. The store was planned into clear zones for beer, wine, high-end whisky, regular whisky and white spirits.

The zoning improved customer movement, product visibility and cashier management. The final result is a lifestyle-driven liquor store interior designed for a premium neighbourhood and a young, urban customer base.

Frequently Asked Questions About This Project

According to the new UP excise policy, liquor stores that are at least 2000 square feet can be called premium outlets. The client rented extra space so that the store could legally be called a premium liquor store and give customers a better experience.

Grey was selected because it gives a clean, modern and premium look while being easier to maintain in a busy retail store. Subtle colour accents were added so the interior does not look flat and the product display remains the main focus.
