9 Liquor Land Lucknow was a landmark liquor store interior project and one of the first liquor stores inside a mall in Uttar Pradesh. The project was executed during active COVID restrictions, so planning, fabrication and site coordination had to be handled very carefully.
To reduce on-site activity and compress the timeline, all furniture, display units and partitions were fabricated as modular components in our Delhi factory. Finishing and quality checks were completed off-site before dispatch.
While factory fabrication was happening, our site team executed civil and electrical work in parallel at the mall site. This helped keep the site ready for fast installation as soon as the modular units arrived.
Once logistics were cleared, the assembled modules were delivered to the mall and installed overnight with minimal disturbance to mall operations.
The off-site modular execution strategy helped achieve consistent finish quality, faster turnaround, better trade coordination and an on-time opening for a high-visibility mall liquor store.
