This project delivered the first liquor store inside a mall in Uttar Pradesh under active COVID restrictions. To minimize on-site activity and compress timelines all furniture display units and partitions were fully fabricated as modular components in our Delhi factory with finishing and quality checks completed off-site. In parallel our on-ground team executed the civil and electrical works to keep the site installation ready. Once logistics were cleared The assembled modules were delivered to the mall and assembled overnight allowing the store to go live with minimal disruption to mall operations. The off-site build strategy ensured a consistent finish faster turnaround, and clean coordination across trades achieving an on-time opening for a landmark retail launch in the state.
