ACE Group Patparganj was a liquor retail store interior project executed in Patparganj Industrial Area, Delhi. The site was originally a raw warehouse-like space with multiple levels, irregular walls and poor existing condition due to rough usage.
The client wanted to start sales quickly and avoid revenue loss. To support this, a temporary setup was created first so the store could begin operations immediately.
While sales continued, Next BC started the interior work step by step. Each area was planned and executed carefully so that daily store operations were not disturbed.
Since the store remained operational during execution, work could not move at full speed. The team had to manage safety, customer movement, stock handling and site progress at the same time.
With careful planning and phased execution, the raw space was successfully transformed into a functional liquor retail store without stopping sales.
