ACE Inderlok was a liquor retail store interior project executed inside Parsvnath Metro Mall, Inderlok, New Delhi. When we took possession of the space, the shop had been locked for more than one year and was filled with dust, broken interior parts and damaged existing elements.
The first step was to clear the entire space and restore it back to raw condition. After cleaning and site preparation, the execution work started as per the approved drawings.
Since the shop was inside a shopping mall, all services had to be handled carefully. Sprinklers, HVAC ducting and smoke detectors were executed strictly as per mall-approved safety and service drawings.
Despite the damaged site condition and mall service requirements, the store was completed and made operational in just 11 days.
The successful handover was possible because of the client’s clear understanding of the working process and the team’s strong coordination, speed and execution discipline.
