When our team first reached the site even identifying the exact shop location was a challenge. The entire ground floor was open—there were no walls no shop markings and no clear boundaries. Our team kept asking which area actually belonged to the site. After several discussions with metro authorities and verification through official documents we finally identified the shop perimeter. All services had to be realigned accordingly. Just completing the basic site marking took more than two weeks. Since the shop required construction on three sides we brought a structural engineer on board and proceeded strictly as per structural recommendations. Civil works and wet interior activities took considerable time due to the complexity of the scope. Alongside the civil work, we executed firefighting systems, ducting, and air-conditioning in parallel to save time. After completing the base work, we promptly proceeded to install the racks, counters, and signage, thereby transforming the store into an operational entity.
