The Liquor Emporium

A premium retail space in the PVR Priya Complex in Vasant Vihar was introduse for a high-end liquor store. The site was spread across multiple levels, which required significant civil modifications to bring the base structure into proper shape before interior work could begin. Due to a tight project timeline most of the interior elements were prefabricated in our factory and later assembled on-site allowing us to maintain quality while saving execution time. Due to the need to connect the store to an adjoining first-floor shop, the project took longer than two months to complete. Both units were under different ownerships, which complicated coordination and approvals. Despite this, we successfully joined the spaces while keeping services—electrical, HVAC, and fire systems—independent for each shop. At the same time, we ensured that the overall look and experience remained seamless, presenting the two units as a single, premium retail destination.
