The Liquor Emporio Priya Complex was a premium liquor store interior project executed by Next BC at Priya Complex, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi.
The site was spread across multiple levels, so major civil modifications were required before interior work could begin. The base structure had to be corrected and brought into proper shape for premium retail execution.
Due to the tight project timeline, most of the interior elements were prefabricated in our factory and later assembled on site. This helped maintain finish quality while reducing on-site execution time.
The project became more complex because the store had to be connected to an adjoining first-floor shop. Both units were under different ownerships, which made coordination and approvals more challenging.
Even after joining both spaces visually, the electrical, HVAC and fire services were kept independent for each shop to meet approval and operational requirements.
The final result was a seamless premium liquor retail destination where two separate units worked together as one high-end store experience.
