F&B projects demand fast coordination between multiple vendors and agencies, all working together on a tight timeline. Bringing every team onto a single platform and aligning their schedules was critical to completing the work efficiently. We received the site as a raw shell and executed the entire scope from the ground up. This included toilets, waterproofing, civil work, tiling, flooring, fire-fighting systems, ceilings, and multiple feature elements.Artists hand-painted the on-site wall art, adding character and depth to the space. Many other custom design features were also executed to enhance the overall experience.Furniture select design elements and signage were fabricated at our factory and installed on-site to maintain quality and control timelines. The outcome was well appreciated for its design and execution. However, due to the COVID lockdown, the restaurant shifted to online delivery operations soon after completion.
