Following the cancellation of the liquor policy, the Delhi government established its own retail outlets. But again, the stores failed to achieve a luxury look, proper cleanliness, or easy accessibility. When the government officials approached us, we took the challenge and worked under fully operational store conditions. As planned, all furniture and design elements were fabricated off-site and assembled on-site during store working hours. The final outcome shows that taking the risk of transforming a live, functioning store was worth it.
