Doner & Gyros CyberHub Gurgaon was a compact F&B kiosk interior project executed by Next BC. Although the kiosk size was small, the execution was challenging because every activity required strict DLF approvals.
Work such as welding, electrical changes, signage installation and even small alterations needed prior permission. This required careful planning, documentation and coordination before each stage of execution.
The site also had a strict night-only work window. Execution could start only at 12:30 AM and had to stop by 5:30 AM sharp, so every night’s work had to be planned properly.
The kiosk is located near Uniqlo inside CyberHub, Gurgaon, so the finish quality had to match a premium retail environment. To achieve this, high-grade materials like Corian solid surfaces were used, and detailing was handled carefully.
The final result was a compact but premium F&B kiosk interior that matched the surrounding high-end retail standards while meeting DLF approval and execution requirements.

Even though it had to get a lot of approvals and only worked a few hours a day, the kiosk was able to get a high-quality finish that fit in with its high-end surroundings and met DLF standards.
