MI Office New Delhi was a corporate office interior project designed and executed by Next BC for an MI distributor. The office layout was planned as per the client’s requirements, with additional Vastu inputs from Revel Satvwa.
The site was received as a raw space, so extensive civil work was required before interior finishing could begin. The layout had to be shaped carefully to match the approved interior plan and functional office requirements.
HVAC planning was also handled according to space usage. Cabins and meeting rooms were planned with individual air-conditioning, while the main staff area was centrally air-conditioned for better comfort and efficiency.
To give the office a unique identity, we created a London-style public telephone booth meeting room. This became a strong visual feature and immediately caught the attention of MI’s official team.
Many people felt the visualization looked too ambitious to achieve on site, but with the client’s support, the concept was executed exactly as shown in the renders.
