Nail One DLF Avenue Saket was a salon retail interior fit-out project executed by Next BC in New Delhi. The project was small in size, but the execution was challenging because of strict mall timing and site access rules.
Due to the hotel located above the shop, work could only start after 4 AM. As per DLF Avenue mall guidelines, all work had to stop by 6 AM. This gave the team only a two-hour working window each day.
During execution, the finish for shelves and drawers was changed from acrylic to lacquered glass. This required additional coordination, fresh fabrication planning and careful installation within the same limited time window.
Despite the restricted timing and mid-project material change, the work was completed as required through careful planning, coordination and controlled execution.
