TLW IFFCO Chowk had to be executed on an emergency basis as the land for the existing MG Road store was sold and HUDA required the site to be handed over to the new owner. This left TLW with very little time to shift operations to a new location. The new store was planned to be bigger than ever and to offer a much better customer experience. With the increase in area service detailing and overall costs also went up. Due to the urgency we began work immediately—even before the final drawings were issued. Procurement of key items such as plywood air-conditioning ducting and HT panels was started in parallel to save time. Once the design and drawings were finalized we accelerated execution and completed the project within the committed timeline ensuring uninterrupted operations for the client.
