TLW Moulsary Avenue Gurgaon – 24-Day Liquor Store Interior Project

Project Overview – TLW Moulsary Avenue, Gurgaon

TLW Moulsary Avenue was a fast-track liquor store interior project executed by Next BC in Gurgaon. The store was designed with a function-first approach, using metal and glass as the main design elements.

The biggest challenge was time. The authorities took over the old store location, leaving only 24 days to build and open the new store. The store had to become operational on the 25th day.

The first week was focused on footing and column work so that the base structure could be created quickly. During the second week, ducting, electrical work and false ceiling installation were carried out at full speed, while exterior work also continued.

Flooring became the main focus in the third week. In the final three days before opening, rack assembly, electrical finishing, air-conditioning setup, signage and final touch-up work were all carried out together.

Heavy rain created additional difficulty and delayed the main cash counter transportation by one week. Despite the pressure, rain and short timeline, the store opened on the 25th day as planned.
