TLW Sohna Road Gurgaon – Sales-Focused Liquor Store Interior Project

Project Overview – TLW Sohna Road, Gurgaon

TLW Sohna Road was one of TLW’s first initiatives to convert an already running liquor store into a more developed, experience-driven retail outlet.

The purpose of this upgrade was to understand customer response before scaling the concept across more liquor retail stores.

Before the upgrade, the store was recording average daily sales of around ₹50,000. After reopening with a new customer-focused design, weekday sales reportedly increased to ₹8–10 lakh.

This strong response gave the client confidence in the experience-driven liquor retail concept and showed how interior planning, customer movement and display design can directly influence store performance.

Based on the success of this project, TLW also decided to upgrade their existing MG Road store, even though it had been open for only eight months and had remained mostly closed during the lockdown period.
