TLW Hyaat was a liquor store interior renovation project executed by Next BC near Hyatt Hotel, Sector 53, Gurgaon. When the client took possession from the previous owner, the store was in poor condition and required major correction before retail operation.
The site had multiple issues, including water leakage from the ceiling, uneven branding areas, damaged false ceilings, non-functional air-conditioning, poor electrical systems, unhygienic restrooms and steel columns placed awkwardly in the middle of the space.
The biggest challenge was rainwater entering the store during monsoon. To reduce downtime, work started on multiple fronts at the same time, including structural repairs, waterproofing, service correction and interior renovation.
Once THE LIQUOR WAREHOUSE signage was installed, it gave the project a clear brand direction. The complete store interior was then redesigned and executed in line with the TLW brand identity.
The final result was a clean, functional and well-branded liquor retail store that solved the earlier site problems and improved the customer experience.
Inspected the damaged store and identified structural, service and interior issues before execution.
Resolved roof leakage and waterproofing issues to protect the store during the monsoon season.
Repaired the damaged false ceiling and prepared it for the new interior finish.
Upgraded electrical systems and air-conditioning to support smooth retail operations.
Developed new branding zones after finalising the TLW façade and signage requirements.
Completed the liquor store interior with display systems, finishes and a customer-friendly layout.

The biggest challenge was stopping rainwater entry while correcting multiple structural, waterproofing and service-related issues without long downtime.
To reduce downtime, structural repairs, waterproofing, service corrections and interior work were planned and executed in parallel.
The work included waterproofing, ceiling correction, electrical correction, AC repair, restroom improvement, branding area correction and interior redesign.
Once THE LIQUOR WAREHOUSE signage was installed, it set the design direction for the store, and the interiors were executed in line with the TLW brand identity.
