When the client took possession of the store from the previous owner the space was in poor condition. There were multiple issues such as water leakage from the ceiling uneven and insufficient branding areas partially damaged false ceilings non-functional air-conditioning and several steel columns positioned awkwardly in the middle of the space. The electrical system was also in bad shape restrooms were unhygienic and the biggest challenge was rainwater entering the store during monsoons. To reduce downtime we started working on multiple fronts simultaneously. Structural repairs, waterproofing services and interior corrections were planned in parallel to speed up execution. Once THE LIQUOR WAREHOUSE signage was installed it set the direction for the entire transformation. With the TLW branding in place every aspect of the store was redesigned and executed in line with the brand’s vision resulting in a clean functional and well-branded retail space.
