The Liquor Fort Maidawas Gurgaon – Premium Liquor Store Interior Project

Project Overview – The Liquor Fort Maidawas, Gurgaon

The Liquor Fort Maidawas Gurgaon is a large-format premium liquor store interior project executed by Next BC. When we took over the project, the site was stalled with unfinished work, unclear execution direction and several pending design decisions.

Our first step was to assess the existing site condition, identify execution gaps and restructure the project into a practical design and build plan that could work within the required timeline and budget.

The client wanted to create one of the biggest and most interactive liquor stores in North India. The design was planned around customer experience, product visibility, premium retail impact and strong brand presence.

Next BC designed and coordinated key features including the grand staircase, structural columns, entrance statement, custom product displays, signage, internal branding, product launch zones and the central atrium lighting feature.

The project timeline was a major challenge. Completing a large liquor retail space in around 90 days, including base build and finishing, required quick decisions, careful planning and strong site execution.

The final result is a benchmark liquor retail space with a long-span fabric ceiling, dramatic central atrium lighting, a grand staircase, clean retail layouts and a premium shopping experience.
