Unlimited Spirits Raw Wine Shop was a liquor retail interior project executed by Next BC for Trident Chemphar Ltd. at BG-01, Ansal Plaza, Hudco Place, Andrews Ganj, Khel Gaon Marg, New Delhi.
Diageo received full branding rights for this Unlimited Spirits outlet. As part of this arrangement, Diageo’s team supplied and installed the racks and counters.
Next BC’s scope covered the complete interior execution on behalf of Trident Chemphar Ltd. This included civil work, lighting, flooring, false ceiling, electrical system, front façade, air-conditioning, fire safety systems and signage.
Since the store space was compact, split air-conditioning units were selected to provide efficient cooling without affecting the layout or ceiling height.
The final store was completed through close coordination between Diageo’s brand-led display elements and Next BC’s site-level interior execution.
Civil execution completed to prepare the compact liquor retail space at Ansal Plaza for smooth operations.
Lighting and flooring installed to enhance product visibility, customer movement and the overall shopping experience.
False ceiling and electrical systems integrated with brand-supplied display racks, counters and retail services.
Storefront façade developed to improve visibility, strengthen branding and create an inviting retail presence.
Split air-conditioning units installed to provide efficient cooling while maintaining the compact store layout.
Fire safety systems and branded signage completed as part of the turnkey liquor retail fit-out.
