Project Unlimited Spirits - Preet Vihar

Unlimited Spirits

This was the first store we assessed and executed for the client. To create a larger and more efficient retail space, three individual shops were merged into one by removing all internal walls, allowing smooth and uninterrupted movement for both customers and goods. The scope included complete flooring, false ceiling, wall finishes, exterior glass façade, and signage. Since the property is located within a community center, the three electricity meters could not be merged into a single unit. As a result the electrical load was carefully distributed across all three meters. To guarantee that the computer and lighting systems would continue to function one meter was completely routed through UPS. While the third meter managed the outdoor lighting and signs for beer chillers and cold storage the second meter was devoted to air conditioning loads. This distribution guaranteed safety operational effectiveness and respect for local regulations.

The scope covered complete flooring, false ceiling, wall finishes, exterior glass façade, and full signage work to provide the store a fresh and unified identity.

The load was spread out in a smart way. One meter was completely routed through UPS for computers and lighting, the second meter was used for air conditioning, and the third meter was used for outdoor lighting, beer chillers, and cold storage. This made sure that everything ran smoothly, safely, and followed the rules in the area.
