Unlimited Spirits Okhla was a liquor retail store interior project executed by Next BC for Trident Chemphar Ltd at F-89/8, Ground Floor, Maa Anandmayee Marg, Okhla, New Delhi.
The available shop area was larger than the maximum usable area permitted by the excise department. Before leasing the property, brickwork was carried out to reduce the usable area and bring the store within the required limit.
The existing flooring was retained because it was suitable for reuse. New electrical systems, counters, racks and false ceiling were executed to make the store ready for liquor retail operation.
The store layout was planned to support two sales formats: self-service for imported brands and over-the-counter sales for fast-moving items.
Because of the available space, both sales models were accommodated in the same store, improving operational efficiency, product access and customer convenience.
Brickwork completed before leasing to reduce the usable shop area as per excise regulations.
Existing flooring retained to save execution time and project cost while maintaining a clean retail finish.
Complete electrical installation carried out to support lighting, display systems and daily retail operations.
Sales counters and liquor display racks installed for efficient product presentation and customer service.
False ceiling executed to integrate lighting, improve aesthetics and create a finished retail environment.
Store layout planned to support both imported-brand self-service and high-volume over-the-counter liquor sales.
